Checker Flag Zone and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Checker Flag Zone believes that customer conduct violates any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Checker Flag Zone and its subsidiaries.

  • We may collect the following information from you by your voluntary submission: Name, E-Mail Address, Physical and mailing address, Telephone, and facsimile numbers, Credit card information, and other information about your preferences and opinions. Your submission of credit card and related information to us in connection with purchases authorizes us to disclose such information to the consumer reporting agencies and other financial institutions for the sole purpose associated with your purchases. In addition, we may collect the following information from you through the use of "cookies" and other electronic means including: IP address, Information about the Checker Flag Zone pages you visit while logged on our Internet site, Information about purchases made on our Internet site, and Information about your other transactions with us. If we determine that a child has provided information in violation of this policy, we will delete that information as soon as practicable.     If you make a purchase, or even just register on our website, you automatically become a member of our email list.  If you would like to be removed from our email list, simply email us and express your desire to be removed from our list.  We can be contacted at NASCAR@CheckerFlagZone.com.  Please allow up to 10 business days for your name and information to be removed from our system



  • Consumer Agreement

  • Checker Flag Zone Stores accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), in addition to PayPal.  We also accept USPS Money Order and C.O.D. if the item is picked up from anyone of our stores.  C.O.D. must be arranged prior to pick up by calling Checker FlagZone at (909)348-7110.

    If you would like to order any item seen in our on-line catalog, please contact us by email or phone and we can provide you with a quote.  Any items orderd from our Special Order Catalog will be processed once payment is received.

    You will only be billed for items that are in stock. Unless you choose the option to pay up front, all Pre-Order pieces are billed once they are received by us and ready to be shipped to the consumer.  It is recommended that "Print and Call" payment checkout method be used for all items purchased from our website listed as "Pre-Order." It should be noted, even though you do not have to pay for pre-order items at the time of checkout, your purchase still constitutes an agreement to pay for the item at the time the item is made available.  If you are not sure what your financial situation will be, or can't make a guarantee to buy the item at the time it is available, we recommend you contact us at NASCAR@CheckerFlagZone.com and request to be placed on our interest list for the item when it is made available.  By utilizing this method, there is no commitment to purchase the item you inquire about.  We will simply contact you when the item is in stock (assumming it is not sold out)and you can purchase it from our website at that time.  



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Checker Flag Zone uses UPS and USPS Shipping Services.  All in-stock items typically ship within 72 hours of the date ordered (excluding weekends and holidays). All Back-Order, or Pre-Order items will ship when available. All items shipped will include delivery/tracking numbers. Shipping rates are based on a combination of total weight and size of package. In some cases a small handling fee is also charged. When possible, we do combine shipping, however, some items we carry, such as the 1:6 scale radio control cars, are too large to ship combined and must ship in their own box. These items are predesignated with their own shipping charges assigned, and must be shipped on their own, independent of any other items ordered. Any combined purchase involving one or more of these items will include the assigned shipping charge for the large item, plus a seperate charge based on the total weight of the items that qualify for combined shipping.  There are times when items you select for purchase on our website may come from seperate warehouses across the country.  If this is the case a seperate shipping charge will show.  If our automated system does not show this and it is later discovered by our staff to be an error, you will be notified of the change in status and additional shipping fees required to complete the purchase.

    At this time, the Checker Flag Zone webstore is only designed to ship merchandise within the Continental United States.  If you would like to purchase from our store and have the item(s) shipped to either areas outside the Continental United States, or International, you will need to contact us by phone or email to make arrangements.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • International

  • All international orders will need to contact us by phone or email to receive a price quote and complete the transaction.  Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Checker Flag Zone is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Checker Flag Zone charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. Currently, Sales Tax will only be charged to items shipped only to California.



  • Warranties

  • The Content included in this Web site has been compiled from a variety of sources and is subject to change without notice as are any products, programs, offerings, or technical information described in this Web site. Checker Flag Zone reserves the right to cancel any order due to listing error. By using this Web site, you assume the risk that the Content on this Web site may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or may not meet your needs and requirements.   • Return Policy

  • Checker Flag Zone has a limited return policy applicable to items sent in error only.  Autographed items, and raced used memorabilia are not eligible for returns/exchanges, unless the item fails to pass authenticity with any of the following EBay approved autgraph authentication companies; Global Authentics, Pro Sports Authentication (PSA), or John Spence Authentication (JSA) within a 30 day period from the time of purchase, at which time a full refund will be issued plus 10% of the purchase price.  This return policy is only good for 30 days from the time of purchase and to the initial Buyer.  In order to prevent fraud and protect all parties involved in the transaction, the name listed on the receipt or authenticity documentation from the above mentioned thrid party companies must be the same as the buyer of the piece requesting a refund, or the return will not be honored.  All other request for returns/exchanges will be handled case by case.  No items will be elligible for return after 30 days.

  • Miscellaneous

  • Checker Flag Zone attempts to keep products listed on its website current and up to date, but unlike other consumer merchandise, Nascar®, NHRA®, IRL®, and other motorspots licensed products typically have a limited production. It is not uncommon for a manufacturer to decide to discontinue production of an item at any time during the year, as they continually introduce new products with new images and graphics. Many times the major distributors are not made aware of products that are discontinued until that particular item becomes low in stock, or depleted, and they attempt to re-order. For this reason, it's possible to find that a particular item that was available one day, suddenly is not another. When we learn of the sudden unavailability of an item, we remove it from the site.

    Since much of the licensed merchandise arrives from overseas by ship in cargo containers, it's oftentimes difficult to determine exactly on what day ordered merchandise will arrive, be unloaded, shipped, and arrive to the various distribution points. For these reasons, Customers should be aware and understand that if an item must be back-ordered, we may only be able to offer an approximate date of delivery. When this situation occurs, we will notify our customers of the Back ordered status and initiate a credit for those who indicate an inability or unwillingness to wait. Usually, if our suppliers indicate that they can get more of a particular item, they indeed do. We try hard to obtain the item you have selected, but there are times when it is out of our control and want you to understand in advance.
